At VAS Audio Germany, we stand behind the precision and quality of our electronic equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the electronic component in its original protective packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Shipping and Labeling
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized DHL or UPS service point.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware at our Berlin facility, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
